How should I care for delicate, hand-embroidered pieces?
Dry clean only for hand-embroidered and embellished garments. Store flat or on a padded hanger inside a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity, to keep embellishments and fabric in pristine condition.
What if my measurements fall between two sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially in structured or fitted silhouettes. For made-to-order pieces, we can also tailor to your exact measurements — message us before placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets through a secure, encrypted checkout. International orders can be completed in your local currency.
Will the color of my piece match what I see in the photos?
Every piece is photographed in natural daylight for true color, though slight variation can occur due to screen settings and lighting. Message us for additional reference photos or a video before you order.
Can I see a piece in person or book a private fitting before I buy?
Yes — private appointments and fittings are available at our Noida atelier by request. WhatsApp us to schedule a visit, view fabrics and embellishments in person, or arrange a fitting for a made-to-order piece.
