Bespoke Fit means your outfit is made to your exact body measurements — not a standard size adjusted up or down. You share seven key measurements, we build the pattern from scratch. There is no extra charge for this on most pieces.

Alternate colour or fabric changes typically take 3–4 weeks. Full bespoke pieces with a new design take 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. We will give you an exact timeline before you confirm.

For bridal orders, yes. Bring your reference — a family heirloom, an Instagram save, a sketch on a napkin — to your bridal session and Nidhi will walk you through what's achievable within your timeline.

All pieces should be dry cleaned by a specialist familiar with hand-embroidered ethnic wear. Do not machine wash or soak. Between wears, hang on a wide padded hanger inside a cotton garment bag, away from direct sunlight.

Fold loosely along the panels — do not compress — and wrap in clean cotton muslin. Avoid plastic covers. Store flat in a cool, dry space. A light steam every few months keeps the fabric fresh. We include a care and storage card with every bridal order.
