Iconic Ivory is our smallest and most tightly themed capsule — bridal lehengas and gowns built entirely around ivory, cream, and off-white bases, for brides drawn to a more minimalist, refined bridal colour story than tradition typically prescribes.
An ivory base puts embroidery technique front and centre, since there's no bold background colour to share visual weight with. This collection leans on gold zari, pearl, and silver thread work to create contrast and richness against the pale base, with cutdana and crystal detailing adding shimmer in a way that reads as elevated rather than plain. Fabrics are chosen to support this restrained palette — raw silk and silk organza in particular hold their texture and sheen well in ivory tones, where a duller fabric can read as flat.
Craftsmanship on these pieces is necessarily precise: gold and pearl work on an ivory base shows any inconsistency far more readily than the same technique on a darker, more forgiving colour, so embroidery placement and density are considered carefully on each design. The result is a collection suited to brides planning a more contemporary, editorial bridal look — particularly popular for destination weddings, daytime ceremonies, and brides who want their wedding day outfit to feel distinct from the deeper reds and maroons worn at other functions that week.
Customisation follows the same process as our other bridal pieces — fit, dupatta drape, and in some cases gold-tone variation can be adjusted — with lead times of 4–6 weeks given the embellishment involved.
